Who it's for

Already selling, but ready for a different manufacturing relationship? Brands switch because of compliance concerns, quality problems, supply-chain difficulties or cost. Start with what needs to change and what must stay consistent for your customers.

Yes, we take over existing formulas.

PMG takes over existing formulas, including reverse-engineering from a finished sample when the formula isn't available. We review the product and available documentation to scope the work rather than assume a transfer is a simple repeat order.

What to send us to get a quote

  • Current manufacturing spec sheet or formula, or willingness to reverse-engineer from a finished sample
  • SOP and pricing from your current manufacturer
  • Finished product samples
  • Retail SKU details and current channel footprint
  • Reason for switching (compliance, quality, supply chain, cost)

How it works

  1. Share the current product. Send the available documents, samples and retail details, and explain your reason for switching.
  2. Review the transfer and quote. We identify what is available, what needs to be recreated and which services your move requires.
  3. Confirm the production requirements. After agreement, review formula, packaging, testing and compliance requirements.
  4. Move to the first run. Confirm the approved product and production plan before manufacturing.
