A one-on-one strategy call to understand your product vision, market, timeline, and budget.
OutputA written project assessment with a recommended path forward.
Product Management Group was founded on a frustration: that the contract manufacturing industry treated brand founders as transactions to be closed, products as pallets to be shipped, and the work of actually getting a product to a paying customer as someone else's problem. For three decades we have built the alternative — a single accountable partner who stays with you from the first sketch to the first sale.
In the early years of our founding, our founders were working inside the consumer products industry — building products, managing factories, negotiating retail buys, moving inventory across borders. They watched the same pattern repeat itself, brand after brand, category after category: a great idea, a beautiful product, a successful manufacturing run, and then silence. The product would sit in a warehouse. The brand founder would scramble to find a 3PL, negotiate marketplace fulfillment, learn retail buyer politics, figure out customs and import compliance. Many of them would run out of time, money, or patience before their product reached a single paying customer.
The contract manufacturers shrugged. Manufacturing was their job; everything else was someone else's. The distributors shrugged. They moved boxes; they didn't help with product development. The sales agencies shrugged. They sold products; they didn't help with formulation or compliance. Every stage of the value chain had specialists, but no one was accountable for the whole journey. PMG was founded to be the alternative.
We built the company in South Florida deliberately. Miami sits at the natural commercial crossroads between North and South America, and from the founding we believed the Latin American consumer market would matter more, not less, as the decades unfolded. We were right. The brands that have committed to LATAM expansion through our gateway have built durable category positions that compete with — and frequently outperform — brands that limited themselves to the US market.
Today we operate from our headquarters in Deerfield Beach, Florida, with partner manufacturing and distribution facilities in Florida, North Carolina, Texas, Minnesota, and Arizona.
The industries we serve have changed dramatically since we started. Clean beauty has emerged as a category. Nutraceuticals have moved from niche supplement shops to mainstream retail. Online marketplaces have reshaped how consumer brands launch. What hasn't changed is the gap that PMG was founded to close. Brand founders still need a partner who handles the whole journey. We still build the company around that principle: one team, one phone number, one point of accountability, from ideation to the fulfillment of your first sale.

PMG operates as a team of formulation chemists, regulatory specialists, manufacturing operators, logistics professionals, and channel sales experts — most with decades of individual experience across the categories we serve. Our team is bilingual across English and Spanish, with working Portuguese capability for Brazilian market engagements.
We deliberately keep the spotlight on our clients' brands rather than our own people. The brands we work with operate in competitive categories where confidentiality matters, and our team's job is to make their products successful — not to be the face of those products. When you engage PMG, you work with named, accountable people on your project; we just don't publicly profile them on our website.
If you'd like to know more about the specific specialists who would lead your project, that's a conversation we have during your consultation call — once we understand your project, we can introduce you to the team members who would actually be working on it.
Stock adaptation and fully custom proprietary formula development across health, wellness, beauty, and nutraceutical categories.
FDA, MoCRA, cGMP, and LATAM regulatory pathways (COFEPRIS, ANVISA, INVIMA) — built in from day one, not retrofitted.

Three decades of doing this work have taught us what matters and what doesn't. The principles below are the operating rules we hold ourselves to — and the standards we suggest you hold any contract manufacturer to, including us.
The biggest reason brands fail isn't because one stage of their value chain breaks. It's because the handoffs between stages break. We took on the whole chain so that the handoffs happen inside one accountable team rather than across vendor boundaries. When something goes wrong — and at some point in every launch, something does — you have one phone number, not five.
Not every brand is the right fit for PMG, and not every product is the right fit for every market we serve. We have turned away projects that we didn't believe we could execute well, and we have advised brands to delay LATAM expansion when their runway didn't support it. The brands we work with should win with PMG.
We deliberately set our minimum order quantity at 1,000 units on private label stock formulations because we believe first-time inventors deserve access to the same manufacturing quality as established brands. The 1,000-unit MOQ is not a starter tier — it is the same operation, the same standards, the same accountability.
If your roadmap includes Latin America — or might, in two years — we formulate for it from the start. The cost of building international compliance into a product from day one is small. The cost of retrofitting it after a successful US launch is large.
The people who answer your call have decades of experience in this industry, working relationships with the retailers and distributors you want to reach, and the language fluency to operate across the Americas.
PMG operates through a network of partner manufacturing and distribution facilities strategically located across the United States, with our headquarters in Florida serving as the gateway to Latin American markets.
We don't publicly name our facility partners. Many of them are contract manufacturers themselves who prefer their downstream relationships stay private — and keeping the network discreet lets us evolve and expand it as client needs change.
Manufacturing health, wellness, beauty, and nutraceutical products requires specific regulatory registrations and certifications. The credentials below apply across our facility network.
You'll work with a named, accountable project lead and a team of specialists matched to your product. We introduce you to them on the consultation call. One phone number. One point of accountability. From the first sketch to the first sale, and every step in between.
